What is raw hair?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that has not been chemically treated. It is cut directly from a single donor and immediately wrapped into a bundle to keep all cuticles intact and in the same direction.

What is SEA hair?

Southeast Asian (SEA) hair is renowned for its exceptional quality. Originating from countries like Vietnam, Cambodia, and Burma, this type of hair boasts a unique texture and luster that is coveted worldwide. The strands are typically thick, soft, and silky, with a natural shine. One of the most desirable characteristics of Southeast Asian hair is its versatility.

Does raw hair shed?

Yes, however, there is minimal shedding. Please note that hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is prone to experience some shedding. We recommend using a weft sealer to minimize shedding.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Our processing time can take up to 7 business days; however, we always strive to process and ship orders out as soon as possible. Shipping timeframes vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout. Express shipping options are available.

We value our international customers and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, it is important to note that international customers may incur additional fees and charges when placing an order. These extra costs, such as duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearing fees, will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage. Please be aware that as the customer, you are responsible for paying these import costs. It is essential to thoroughly review and understand any additional fees that may apply to your specific location. Some shipping carriers may also charge extra fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties were not paid upfront. What if my shipment is delayed or lost?

We are not responsible for delays that may occur within the shipping carriers' network. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Can I dye this hair?

Yes, the hair can be bleached or dyed. For the most optimal results, please consult with a licensed colorist to achieve the look you want. Please note that bleaching or dying hair with harsh chemicals may weaken the hair shaft and could alter the texture.

How many bundles do I need for a full head?

We recommend 2 bundles for lengths up to 16 inches, 3 bundles for lengths up to 24 inches, and 4 bundles for lengths 26 inches and longer.

Is all raw hair low luster or dull?

In its natural state, raw hair is usually not silky and shiny, however, the luster can depend on the country from which the hair is sourced. 

If I order multiples of the same type of hair, will the bundles look the same?

No, each raw hair bundle comes from a single donor. Naturally, there are variations in the color and texture of the hair. However, we do our best to provide the closest matches for your bundles.

How long will the hair last?

Up to 3 years with proper maintenance.

Where do you source your hair from?

From Indian temples and Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, and Burma).
